Worked for WMAL Radio Bethesda MD, US Post Office, GC Murphy, Rax Roast Beef, Burger King & BP Oil (Knoxville TN)

School South Union High School (ran track & played basketball), American Broadcasting School, Community College of Allegheny County & California University

Served in Navy on USS ESSEX & USS WASP (where he recovered Gemini astronauts’ missions 9 (Thomas Stafford & Eugene Cerman) & 12 (Jim Lovell & Buzz Aldrin))

Inducted into the Fayette County Sports Hall of Fame in 2012 as a member of the 1961 South Union High School Track Team for 1961 WPIAL Class B Track Championship.
