Bill Jendrey

William “Bill” T. Jendrey, 69, of New Kensington, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021. He was born in Natrona Heights on September 28, 1952, to the late Leonard and Vivian Ruth (Ball) Jendrey. Beloved husband of Mary (Ungor) Jendrey for 48 loving years. Devoted father of Julie (Jendrey) Weigand and Billie Jo Jendrey; grandfather of Gabriella Pater and Samantha Potts. Dear brother of Susan (Dale) Blaha, Elizabeth (Ron) Clinger, Len (Bridgette) Jendrey, Marilyn (John) Zembrzuski, Margie (Bill) Morris, David (Rhonda) Jendrey, Chris (Dara) Jendrey, Mary (Tim - deceased) Bergstrom, Carol (Jack) Wells, Rebecca (George) McCartney, and the late Daniel (surviving spouse Brenda) Jendrey; many nieces and nephews.

Bill graduated from Highlands High school in 1970 and went on to serve as a PA Air National Guard Reserves Sergeant. He attended Westmoreland Community College, worked as the production manager of a printing company, volunteered at the Alle-Kiski Learning Center and other community organizations. Notably, Bill was a 2x recipient of the JC Penney Golden Rule Award and a proud member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Lower Burrell.
