Clayton E. Wiley -
“Tate” 84, of Arnold, PA, went home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Tate was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years, Janet (Lasher) Wiley; two daughters Karen (Dean) Ansilio and Sharie Wiley; four grandchildren, Christopher Wiley, Jadyn Sugajski, Gabrielle Sugajski, and Kabrynna Wiley; two great-grandchildren Aiden and Summer Wiley; loving brother Dale (Donna) Wiley and sister Dorothy (Larry) White.
Tate served in the Navy from 1957 to 1961 and loved to reminisce about the carrier on which he served. He was an electrician for several local and out-of-state companies. Upon retiring in 2002, Tate devoted his time to his family, friends, and church, ministering to all he could. Tate especially enjoyed his Friday afternoon prayer meeting with his closest friends.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at RJ SLATER IV FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 1000 Freeport Road, New Kensington.724-335-0100.
