Darlene Karen Sheasley

Darlene Sheasley, 78, of New Kensington, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

Born February 4, 1948, in Ohl, PA, she was the daughter of the late Doyle and Marietta Burkett.

Darlene was the beloved wife of the late James Sheasley and a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Michael) Cernicky, and her grandson, Ryan Cernicky. She is also survived by her siblings, Barbara Orsini, Marlene Burkett, Pat Acre, Eddie Burkett, and Rick Burkett, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Darlene was preceded in death by her brothers, Roger and Wayne Burkett, and her beloved dog, Shadow.

Darlene enjoyed listening to Elvis and oldies music and watching classic westerns on television. Above all else, she treasured her family and the time she spent with those she loved.

A private burial will take place at Greenwood Memorial Park.
