David W. Hixenbaugh, 69, of Beatty Point, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 9, 2024. Born on July 14, 1955, in Wilkinsburg, PA, he was the beloved son of the late William and Alice (Victor) Hixenbaugh.
David was the devoted husband of the late Doris I. Hixenbaugh, who preceded him in death on December 5, 2023.
He is survived by his sisterc Wendy Hursh, and was preceded in death by his sister Pam McClain & brother, Dan Hixenbaugh, whose wife, Carol, survives. David was also a cherished brother-in-law to LeRoy King (the late Selva) and Judy (Don) Hrivnak. He will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, David later graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and dedicated over 30 years of service to Equifax before his retirement.
