David K Semler

David K. Semler, 60, of New Kensington, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home, Brackenridge. He was born March 6, 1966 on New Kensington, son of the late Harry and Jane (Wright) Semler. David was a grounds keeper for Longue Vue Country Club and attended St. Joseph Catholic Church, New Kensington. He loved hunting, fishing and going to his camp in Guys Mills and Arnold Fireman #2.

Survivors include his wife Michelle (Beckwith) Semler; son Joseph Kenneth (Alexandra) Semler. Also surviving are his sisters, Susan (Michael) Dorohovich, Mary Jane (Darwin) Shoop, Judith (David) Sadecky, Linda (Dave Bish) Imm and Gayle (James) Blandford as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Semler.
