Harold was born March 8, 1949, in Butler, father of Thomas (Rachel) Downing, brother of Francis Downing, Jackie McCombs, Cliff Downing, Terry Downing and the late Nancy Crnkovic, and Tonda Kessler. Grandfather of Adrianna, Kaylena Lynn, and the late Dante John Downing.
