Harold W. Miller, Jr., 74, of Butler, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2018. Born on September 12, 1943 in Burlington, Vermont, he was the son of the late Harold Sr. and Marie (Kirby) Miller and father of Angela Miller. Harold was a member of the United States Navy where he served his Country honorably.
