John Euchler

John Howard Euchler, 86, of Franklin, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2025. He was born in Kittanning, PA, to the late Lawrence and Dorothy Euchler.

John was the beloved father of Sherri (Chuck) Jadot and Randy (Lori) Euchler. He was a loving grandfather to Daniel Dorbritz, Andrew Jadot, Meghan Euchler, and Sydney Euchler, and a cherished great-grandfather to Quinn Ann Jadot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence Wilbert Euchler.

A quiet and reflective man, John had a deep love for reading, was a passionate Civil War historian, and an avid outdoorsman. His gentle presence and dedication to his family will be dearly missed.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Sunday, March 9, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at RJ Slater IV Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1000 Freeport Road, New Kensington. A private burial will take place at Rupp Lutheran Church Cemetery.
