Joseph A Vokes, 79, of Lower Burrell, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017. Joseph was born on January 24, 1938 in Clearfield, PA. Father of Mike, Ray and the late Eugene and Joseph Jr.; brother of Barbara, Jane, Josephine, Connie, Butch, Howard, Eugene, Arthur and the late Martin, Glenn, Margaret, and Elizabeth.
