Kathleen Mcmichael

Kathleen Landon McMichael, 75, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2022. Kathleen was born June 26, 1947 in Pittsburgh Pa. Kathleen was the Daughter of the late Robert (Red) Landon and the Helen (McCaffrey) Landon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband James T McMichael and sister Veronica Bost. She is survived by her two children Matthew McMichael (Nicole) and Erin Angotti (Nicholas); three grandsons James, Landon, and Louis; and her brothers and sisters, Beth Hoffman, Bobbie Coglio, Patrick Landon, and Daniel Landon.

Kathleen was a graduate of Wilkinsburg High School Class of 1966 and loved everything musical theater; Especially Wicked. Kathy loved her children, but she was a mom to everyone, her children’s friends affectionately referred to her as “Mama Kath.”

Kathleen always put her family above herself -- thinking of them first and making sure they were taken care of and loved anyway she could; usually through her baking. Her lady locks were a staple at every party.

In addition to her immediate family Kathleen will be terribly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, siblings in laws, and her dear friends.
