Kathleen Smicik

Kathleen Smicik, 70, of New Kensington, on Thursday, February 22, 2018.  Beloved sister of Deborah Giuliani and Renee (Michael) Whalen. Loving aunt of Chad Royer, Eric Royer, Brandon Kisiel, and Kristi Woods.  Great aunt of Emily, Heather, Leah, Nathan Royer and Chase and Nicholas Kisiel and Taylor Woods. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Smicik and her parents Ivaldo and Bettina (Porporino) Giuliani.  Kathleen loved arts and crafts, her Christian prayer group and most of all babysitting her great nieces and nephews.  She was known for always going out of her way to help her family.  Friends welcome Sunday, 2p-5p at RJ Slater IV Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1000 Freeport Rd., New Kensington (724-335-0100).
