Kenneth Morran

Kenneth Morran “AKA Santa Claus”, 84, of New Kensington/Plum Boro, Pa, passed away on November 20, 2021. He was born on July 15, 1937, in Reynoldsville, Pa, to the late James and Violet (Hiles) Morran.

Beloved husband of Betty (Sheba) for 63 Loving years., loving Father of Deborah (John) Powell, Carol Tamburo, and Kenneth (Tammy) Morran II.

Grandfather of Ashley (Dom) Franco, Jordan Powell, Taylor, Holly, Kelly Tamburo and
great-grandfather of Athena Powell. Dear brother of James Robert Morran and Beverly Rugh. Along with his parents Kenneth was predeceased by his two sisters Sara Seman and Barbara Burgung and two grandchildren
Sam and Kasey Tamburo.

He owned Kens Service in Plum for over 20 years. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and loved attending antique car shows especially the one in Hershey PA.
He was a member of the Seventh Street sportsman’s club, life member of the Logans Ferry Fire Company, AACA Antique Car Club and a 50 +year member of the Eagles

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 2-8 pm at RJ Slater IV Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1000 Freeport Rd., New Kensington, Pa. 15068. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 am in the funeral home with burial to follow in Plum Creek Cemetery. www.rjslater.com.
