Kevin P. Dawes, 64, of Penn Hills, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022, with his family by his side. He was born November 22, 1957, in Pittsburgh to Mel Rallo and the late Francis Dawes. Brother of Peter (Tammy) Dawes, Brian (Deana Anton) Dawes, and David (Christine) Dawes; uncle of Kristen, P.J. & Kayla.
