Linda L. Fobes, 72, of New Castle, PA, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017. Linda was born on March 4, 1945 in New Castle, PA. She was a resident at Golden Hill Nursing Home where she loved to read, do puzzles and watch her favorite TV shows. Linda will be remembered most for her warm, outgoing personality.
