Linda L. Tuttle, 76, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025, formerly of Glassport, PA.
Born on January 17, 1949, in Pittsburgh, PA, Linda was the daughter of the late Helen Platz and William Tuttle. She is survived by her stepmother, Dorothy Tuttle, and her siblings: Robert (Kim) Platz, Lori (Stephen) Tuttle-Miller, and Cynthia (Jackie) Hinzy. Linda is also remembered fondly by her nieces and nephews: Michelle Chisolm, Gary (Stacy) Tuttle Jr., Clint Tuttle, Emily (Travis) Ledford, Travis Tuttle, and Hannah Platz, along with great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother Gary Tuttle Sr.
Linda found joy in life through her hobbies, including crochet, embroidery, and solving puzzles. She had a passion for classic television, particularly "Little House on the Prairie," and loved listening to the music of the Beatles and Elvis. An avid reader, Linda also took great comfort in her faith and was a regular participant in her church community. She had a deep enthusiasm for sports, especially cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins. Known for her skill at bingo, she also delighted in decorating for all holidays throughout the year.
Among her greatest accomplishments, Linda cherished her visit to Graceland and the independence of having her own apartment.
