Lou Coester

Lou Ann Thompson Coester, age 55, of Butler, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. She was born in Natrona Heights on December 26, 1968, to the late James and Katherine Thompson.

Lou Ann was the loving mother of Amanda (Christopher) Strasser and the late David Robert Coester (surviving daughter-in-law Stephanie Austin). She was the cherished grandmother of David Jr., Annabelle, and Deagan. She is survived by her dear sisters Marion Thompson, Beth (Tom) Rotto, and was preceded in death by her siblings Sarah Sulenski and Robert David Thompson. Lou Ann is also remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews.

Lou Ann enjoyed playing cards, attending events at Lernerville Speedway, and taking beach trips, but above all, she cherished spending time with her friends and family.
