Mary Jo “Angel” Jordon, 56, of Bell Township, (Westmoreland County) passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 in the Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.

She was born May 26, 1967 in Natrona Heights, Harrison Twp., to the late Robert D. Jordon and DoraMae Gill of Leechburg and has resided in the Alle-Kiski Valley most of her life.

After graduating from high school, Angel pursued her career as a cook for an educational facility in the area.
Angel loved to cook, gardening, fishing, swimming and her pets were truly her children. In addition, she like to drink and party with friends, enjoyed motorcycle rides with Ray, go on vacation with her friends, but her true avocation was “her” Dallas Cowboys and playing scratch off tickets.
She was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary at the American Legion of Slickville.

Angel leaves to cherish her memory, her boyfriend of over 40 years, Ray Allshouse of Bell Township with whom she lived, her caretaker and best friend Cindy, her mother mentioned above of Leechburg, and two sisters, Nancy (Terry) Parks of Leechburg and Dori Jordon (Stan Rickabaugh) of New Kensington also survived by survied by
4 nieces and 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Mentioned above, brothers Donald “Donnie” Jordon and Robert Jordon.

Family held a private family visitation on Thursday, June 29th in the evening at the RJ SLATER IV FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 1000 Freeport Road, New Kensington (724-335-0100). Cremation service followed and burial will take place at the family’s convenience.
