Mildred Lawhorn

November 19, 1949 — April 25, 2024

In loving memory of Mildred A. Lawhorn, fondly known as "Millie," who peacefully transitioned from this life on April 25th, 2024. She leaves behind a cherished legacy, embodied in her daughter and son-in-law, Justine and Jeff Kratofil of Monroeville, PA, and her three beloved grandsons: Caden, Gavin, and Ferris. Millie's life was a testament to love, laughter, and selflessness.

Preceded in death by her beloved parents, Samuel N. and Clemon Lawhorn, as well as two sisters and a brother, Millie's memory lives on through the countless lives she touched. Her passions were varied and vibrant, from the tranquility of fishing to the boundless creativity of reading, painting, and drawing. Yet, above all, Millie found her greatest joy in helping others, a trait that endeared her to all who knew her.

To Millie, family was everything. She cherished the moments spent with her brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins, and held a special bond with her "sisterrrs" that was unbreakable. Though she may have departed this world, Millie's spirit will forever remain intertwined with the hearts of those she loved.

In the quiet moments and shared memories, Millie will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Yet, her legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Rest peacefully, dear Millie, your light will forever shine bright in our hearts.
