Nancy McFall, 87, of Arnold, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Pleasant Ridge Personal Care Home. Born on October 21, 1937, in Springdale, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Matsko) Caro.
A lifelong resident of Arnold, Nancy was a devoted homemaker who found joy in simple yet meaningful activities. She loved baking, playing cards, bingo, and reading. Nancy was a talented seamstress who delighted in creating beautiful Halloween costumes for her grandchildren. Her artistic flair also extended to ceramics, where she spent countless hours painting intricate pieces that she lovingly gave as gifts. Above all, Nancy cherished the time spent with her family, which brought her the greatest happiness.
Nancy is survived by her son, Robert (Rebecca) McFall; grandchildren Jason (Sara) McFall, Lauren McFall, David (Christina) McFall, and Julie McFall; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Logan and Leo McFall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McFall; her son, John (Theresa) McFall; her daughter, Diane Smittle; her brothers, John, Robert, and Lawrence Caro; and her sisters, Irene Jacks and Dorothy Errico.
Services and burial will be held privately and are entrusted to R.J. Slater IV Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1000 Freeport Road, New Kensington. Condolences may be shared at www.rjslater.com.
