Norman Lee Guy, resident of Harrison City, peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his family, Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, at the age of 84. He was born June 16, 1939, in Pitcairn, to the late Henry and Vera (Whitehead) Guy.
Norman served in many capacities at New Life Presbyterian Church of Harrison City.
His faith in Christ was evident in his service to, and love of, others. He is well-loved by his wife, Judy; children, Kim Doyle, Chris (Susan) Guy, Greg (Tammie) Guy and Sharon (John) Landi; cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; loved as well by brother-in-law, Ed Buchanan; sister-in-law, Brenda (Greg) Galando; and numerous nieces and nephews. Norman's impact on his family was immeasurable. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother- and father-in-law, Woodrow and Lois Buchanan; and his son-in-law, Douglas Doyle.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life during the visitation hours from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, with a dinner to follow, at New Life Presbyterian Church, 326 Raymaley Road, Harrison City, PA 15636. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family or Kairos KPMI PO BOX 71 Trafford Pa 15085 in memory of Norm Guy
