A Memorial Service will be held 11Am August 17, 2023 in RJ Slater IV Funeral Home & Cremation Services. 1000 Freeport Rd New Kensington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patty's name to Alzheimer's Association: Greater Pennsylvania Chapter -2835 E Carson St Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203
