Perry A Scalise

Perry Allen Scalise, 68, Of New Kensington passed away on Monday Oct. 5, 2026. Born Jan. 11, 1958 in Natrona Heights to Marlene and the late Peter Scalise. Loving Father of Shelah (Andrew) Fratangeli and Jamie Scalise. Grandfather of Elaina, Andrew, Marco, Gianna, Vincenzo, Valentino Fratangeli, Emma and Rylie Baronie; Brother of Joseph (Debbi) Scalise, Anita (and the late Ron) Watkins, Kathy Scalise-Sicilia, Tim (Kathy) Scalise, Renee (Billy) Fairbanks; many cousins, nieces, and nephews along with his Pups Elsa & Peanut.

Perry graduated from California State College with a Bachelor's of Science in Education, and an Industrial Arts Certification. He was a significant part of Scalise Amusements until its sale in 1995. He worked as a wood shop teacher and carpenter for years. Perry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating, but some of his greatest enjoyment came from simply spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered fondly by those who knew and loved him.

Family and Friends welcome Saturday Oct. 17th 2026 from 1 - 3pm a Blessing Service will be held at 2 pm in Rj Slater IV Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1000 Freeport Rd New Kensington. 724-335-0100. The Seventh Street Sportsman Club will conduct a service at 2:45 pm. www.rjslater.com
