Rita Howe, 86, of Verona, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Born on April 19, 1931 in Belize City to the late Idolly (Bennett) and George Westby. Beloved wife of Lawrence Howe. Rita worked as a Nurse for NY City. Funeral services will be private; burial will take place at Graceland Cemetary in Albany, NY.
