Robert lived most of his life in West Deer Township and the past four years in New Kensington. Robert ”Chico” was in the construction industry until retiring. He enjoyed spending time with his family, visiting with friends and being outside.
Survivors include his children, Megan E. (Justin) Nobilese of Sarver, Keith (Elaine) Miller, of Cheswick, Robert (Jennifer) Layhew, of Springdale, and Shawn M. Layhew, of Cheswick; grandchildren, Amber, James, Brandon, Brayden, Brynn and Emmitt; Great Grandson Landen
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Judith Layhew, his daughter Amy Lutz, and his siblings. Private cremation, with celebration of life at a future date.
