Ruth Ellen Flinner, 59, of Imperial PA, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Ruth was born on February 12, 1958 in Pittsburgh. She was the beloved wife of Richard Flinner and loving daughter of Jean Thrower. Ruth was preceded in death by her two sons. Services will be private.
