Shanelle Waugh

Shanelle "Nellie" Vonae Waugh, 40, of New Kensington passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 14, 2018. She was born on June 10,1977 to the late Keith L. Waugh, Sr. and Lynette R. Rowles Waugh. Shanelle was a graduate of Valley High School class of 1995. Shortly after high school she served in the United States Marine Corp. She was always seen in the neighborhood walking her two dogs, Zeus and Joey, that were her pride and joy. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, always wanting to catch up and talk with her many nephews and two nieces, trying to guide them in the right direction. She is also survived by her sisters, Shalwan and Shameka (Antoine) Wilkerson. Her Brothers, Keith Jr. and Iziah (Hayley) Waugh, Her step-mother Natalie Raachini. Her nephews, Demondre, Adrian, Demerek, Adisun “Sunny”, Dashawn, Deacon, and Antoine “Beans” Jr. Her Nieces, Everlee, Frances “Frannie” and Malajah.
