Walter Ferney

Walter W. Ferney Sr., 82, of New Kensington, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at home with his family by his side. He was born on March 21, 1939, in Creighton, PA, to the late Walter A. and Anna (Martinec) Ferney. Walter leaves behind his beloved wife, Marguerite “Maggie” (Dziadyk) Ferney, son Bill (Mary) Ferney Jr., sister Linda Ferney, granddaughter Jayde Ferney, brother-in-law Peter Dziadyk, and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Walter was preceded in death by his siblings Priscilla, Elva, Patricia, and Kevin Ferney.

Walter enjoyed working on model trains, collecting World War II memorabilia, and painting portraits. Above all, he loved to take his wife on international vacations, traveling the world.
